Neue Basketballschuhe

Auch in Zeiten der Trauer gibt es manchmal ein erfreuliches Ereignis. Heute Morgen bin ich endlich mit dem festen Plan nicht ohne neue Basketballschuhe nach Hause zu kommen in die Stadt gegangen. Bei FootLocker habe ich dann ein paar für 99 Euro anprobiert welche ich auch nach langer Suche durchaus bereit war zu zahlen. An der Kasse musste ich dann noch das FootLocker übliche aufschwatzen von irgendwelchen Lederpflegeprodukten und Schnürsenkeln über mich ergehen lassen nachdem ich den Kauf von Einlagen bereits erfolgreich abgewehrt hatte. Als ich dann aber den Preis der Schuhe hörte glaubte ich mich mit 69 Euro verhört zu haben und wartete erst mal ab was denn auf dem Kassenbon stehen würde. Da stand es dann auch tatsächlich. So habe ich also doch noch ein halbwegs günstiges Paar BBallschuhe erstanden. Am Sonntag werden diese dann ja gleich mal zeigen können was so in ihnen steckt…

Heute wurde in der Mensa ein merkwürdiger Zettel ausgelegt. Darauf war zu lesen, dass der Bereich Mühlenpfordstraße ab 14:00h wegen einer Bombenentschärfung gesperrt sei. Die Verwendung von heute und dem Datum 24.11.2005 war dabei allerdings ein wenig verwirrend. Mittlerweile ist aber klar, dass die Entschärfung tatsächlich heute ist. Da sieht man auch ganz gut, dass wir hier bei uns ziemliches Glück gehabt haben. Denn wenn der Radius nbur ein wenig größer wäre, dann müssten wir wohl nun auch die Wohnung verlassen.
Das einzig blöde ist nun, dass wir uns nicht wie beabsichtigt am Mensaparkplatz treffen können um dann zum Spiel nach Wolfenbüttel zu fahren.
